Sunaina Chatterjee, Chief Executive

A cancerian by birth she is passionate about her WORK, FAMILY and her TEAM! Wherever she goes, Sunaina, has an inherent quality of basking in attention. Her bubbly nature , eye for detail, hard work, and smooth talking , has made her where she stands today. If she would not have been here, you could have found her in the corridor of power, IAS, which she left after qualifying due to family obligation. Inspirational to her team members, she still loves to work late hours despite of her young daughter waiting at home. Her zeal and single minded focus with regard to her work ,has led her to scale opposition.

A globe-trotter, she has travelled length and breadth. Lesser known fact is that she is trained in martial arts & a green belt in JUDO! She loves reading fiction and listens to hindi film music. Her uncanny attitude of “Never say Die”, has been instrumental in achieving whatever she dreamt of till now

Ritesh Joshi, Head- Corporate Travel

It has always been working from the front, for Ritesh , who all through his 12 years of working in tourism field, at various capacity , has nurtured down his skills to an international conference planner. His habit of day- dreaming endlessly has given him an eye to visualize things in totality . Soft Spoken, introvert , Ritesh biggest handicap has been his stage fear , standing alone in front of the crowd . He loves to read autobiography and history is something that fascinates him . Team-worker, Ritesh need people around to work . His work has taken him around the world, meeting new people and garnering new perspective of life. His love for his family and hometown, Dehradun, grounds him and he cherishes his available free time with his wife and two kids at his home in the valley of Doon.

Maj Vikrant Gulani, Head - Commercial & Operations

Born in Kanpur, raised across a melange of cities, Vikrant Gulani is a true Indian at heart. After graduating in 2001 from India’s premier Hotel Management Institute, The IHM, Vikrant joined the Armed forces for a period of 5 years rising steadily. Post the Short Service Commission, he joined the premier XLRI in Jamshedpur for an immersion in the corporate culture. Vikrant worked with a leading Conference organizing firm before the bug of entrepreneurship bit him. Thanks to his exposure to a multitude of roles with the Forces & Private sector, Vikrant has an indomitable spirit and courageous nature. He can take quick and rational decisions and action those on any scale provided. Vikrant loves to keep himself fit and enjoys the company of a good read, a good friend or a good wheel. When he is not busy organizing events, Vikrant resides in the NOIDA area with his amazing wife Sumeet, his parents and their little dachshund Buddy.

Shaily Kumari, Business Manager - Operations

From the amoric city of Lakhisarai, independent, bold and fearless person Shaily spent her younger years in hostel at the City of Temples, Varanasi! She dreamt of planning others diet as Dietician and completed her graduation in Home Science from Delhi University. From diet planner to meeting planner after doing her Post Graduation from one of the premier college; ‘Venky’ Delhi she started her proffessional career with a Singapore based multinational GTMC and the journey started. She has over six years of experience with various MICE & PCOs and specialising in outbounds. She lives in Salt Lake with her husband Niranjan and her budding year old Aarush!

Sanaur Rahman, Assistant Manager - Corporate Travel

Over seven years of on ground experience in everything related to incentives and conferences, Sanaur has developed a habit of working anytime and everytime. A graduate in commerce from Gujrati Education Society and Post graduate in Tourism and Avaition has made him to look for smallest of gaps in planning of event. A never say NO guy Sanaur, a true Calcuttan loves to play snooker and is well known in the Billiards and Snooker fedration of India. Whatever free time he gets, is dedicated to his charming daughter Mehvish.

Chandrima, Sr Business Executive - Operations

Born in a renowned family of Kolkata linked to Subhash Chandra Bose, her father was a scientist. She completed B.Mus from Calcutta University (Gold Medalist) & later did M.Mus from Rabindra Bharati University.

Over 6 years of experience in Back End Operations Management, Team Management, Back Office Operations and Customer Service. SAP & other CRM Interfaces.

Apart from being in the service industry she was a professional singer, music composer/trainer, judges for various music competitions & music critic attached with a renowned news paper, was a regular performer in Calcutta Door Darshan & All India Radio Kolkata (till 2003). Diya, her only daughter is the light of her life.

Vikas Agrawal, Business Executive- Web and Graphic Designer

Vikas , youngest in the team~ is an artist with love affair with design ,photography, animation ,call it -his passion. Over three years into the profession made him create some extraordinary work appreciated by team and all stakeholders. He is qualified in multimedia course and has also worked in national level animation movie. Before full time work Vikas attended a little-known unaccredited school in 2010 full of socially awkward people who played Magic, practiced a variety of formulas, logics, laws & definitions that produced visual masterpieces. Apart from designing, he likes listening to music , loves to spend his leisure time by listening to different genre of music and singing and wishes to travel the globe one day!

Ranjit Kumar Pramanik, Commercial Officer

Born in kolkata Ranjit completed his graduation in 1975 after which he started working in various companies with total experience of about 18 years in accounts. He has been awarded a certificate of President's Scouts from the then President of India Fakhruddin. Ali Ahmed in the year 1972. His only son Rahul is studying hotel management from IIHM , Hamirpur, HP. His wife is into social services teaching children of lady prisoners in Alipore Central Jail, Kolkata. Ranjit likes cricket, music and traveling with his own family.

 

Sneha Dawn, Business Executive

Born and brought up in best values of a joint family in Calcutta and pampered among them all, Sneha completed her education from the Christian school and college. She worked hard and had set goals of herself in the service industry and still works hard to achieve and reach the epitome of her career. As dreamer of being an Air Hostess, she started her stint as a education councellor and then moved to VFS and later as incentive planner with top PCOs and MICE companies. Soft spoken Sneha in her lesiure time likes to spend quality time with her family and is fond of ‘Rabindra Sangeet’.

Satabdi Das, Business Executive - Corporate Travel

Born & brought up in Kolkata , Satabdi Das completed graduation in the year of 2010 and is trained In “Galilio” & “Amadeus” system and is new kid on the block. She is positive about every aspect of life and intends to be good human being followed by successful corporate and personal life.  The moody girl likes to be surrounded by people or at times wants ekant! She is passionate of adventures and wants to travel across India first and conquer the world later. A firm believer of “Karma” in day to day working makes her approach crystal clear.

 

 

Saumyajit Sarkar, Assistant Manager-MICE

Saumyajit hails from city of temples- Varanasi. A post graduate in commerce and tourism management is a soft spoken member of the team. Inquisitive in nature and with growing interest in everything which excites , ranging from learning TABLA and to gain knowledge of disaster management , GIS-RS and GPS. He believes in learning something new each day and tries to implement the same to the meeting management for which he is responsible in iCON. Saumyajit has an experience of managing conferences and meetings in Kolkata and is well known for his work within the client and supplier , business partners. His hobbies include playing chess and swimming and hopes to discover the lesser known places as he sails along MICE industry.
